Hillside Enterprises’ emerging proposal seeks to deliver up to 160 homes, including affordable homes, supported by green movement routes, open spaces, play areas, new landscaping and ecological enhancements.

OVERVIEW OF THE EMERGING PROPOSAL

  • A mixture of up to 160 high-quality, energy-efficient new homes, including policy-compliant affordable housing, starter homes and family-sized homes.

  • Provision of a community meeting point, explorative woodland and allotments promoting active lifestyles.

  • High-quality green open space, including an inclusive play area for children and young people.

  • Safeguarding the strategic green gap between Daws Heath and Hadleigh with a central green corridor.

  • Pedestrian and cycling connectivity improvements to local amenities. Enhancements to local biodiversity, green corridors and wildlife habitats
